14:45-15:45 Anatomy & Physiology
16:00-18:00 Ashtanga Vinyasa
18:00-18:45 Meditation
19:00-20:00 dinner

Saturday
10:15-11:15 Yogic Texts
11:30-12:30 Ayurvedic Consultations (2-3 students each Saturday)
