All the three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) served at the Yoga Sangha follow the principles of Ayurvedic way of cooking. The traditional South Indian dishes we make are composed of sattvic foods which are those that promote the maintenance of mind-body balance, and help to experience lightness, clarity and peace. For this reason, sattvic food excludes meet, fish and eggs, and includes fresh fruit, vegetables, cooked whole grains, milk, legumes, nuts and seeds. It is possible to opt for a fully vegan diet too. On a Friday evening, following the same principles, the students get a chance to prepare dinner for the fellow students.

Our surroundings have a direct impact on how we find our mind-space, how we think and feel. Therefore, situated very close to the beach, the rooms at the Yoga Sangha are simple, pleasant and clean to enhance one’s experience of both the trainings as well as the retreats. You can choose between single and double occupancy (with a 240 USD discount for shared accommodation).
