About Devvrat

Founder & Lead Teacher at Devvrat Yoga Sangha

I practiced with different teachers around India. This helped me not only to develop my practice as a student, but also inspired me to teach. Gradually, I developed interest in therapeutic aspect of Asana and I completed my Yoga Alliance certified 500h Teacher Training with Mahindra Prasad in Dharamshala, India. In 2018, I have pursued a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy at SVYASA Yoga University Bangalore. As my personal practice, I follow traditional Ashtanga Yoga after Sri Krishnamacharya and I develop my practice as well as my teaching skills by regularly visiting the KPJAYI in Mysore under guidance Sri Sharath Jois. To me, the practice of Asana means practice of awareness.
