FOOD

All the three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) served at the Yoga Sangha follow the principles of Ayurvedic way of cooking. The traditional South Indian dishes we make are composed of sattvic foods which are those that promote the maintenance of mind-body balance, and help to experience lightness, clarity and peace. For this reason, sattvic food excludes meet, fish and eggs, and includes fresh fruit, vegetables, cooked whole grains, milk, legumes, nuts and seeds. It is possible to opt for a fully vegan diet too.
